Some might say Evelyn was born on the horseback, especially since both her parents are equestrians. From the early age of four, Evelyn exhibited a passion for horses and went on to compete successfully at many top pony shows in Europe. At the age of 13, at the 2003 Gothenburg International Horse Show’s pony hunter class, she finished second from 240 participants. During two years she competed successfully around Europe and in the Scandinavian countries. She ended her pony career in 2005 by helping the Swedish pony team earning a gold medal at the Nordic Championships in Denmark and by placing seventh individually at the European Pony Championships in Pratoni, Italy.

Evelyn was ranked as number 1 of the pony top-10-list in Sweden from her results during 2005!

In 2006 Evelyn became a part of the Swedish Junior team after placing 6^th at the Swedish Championships for juniors. As a part of Sweden’s Junior Team, she helped earn a gold medal at the 2006 Nordic Championships and also claimed the Individual Silver riding Oxsona M. They also were first reserve for the Junior European Championships in Athens, Greece. In 2006 Evelyn also became a rider of the French based team EuroJump. 

In 2007 Evelyn stated to enjoy great success with her new horse Locando, an approved Holsteiner stallion who gained fame with his former rider, Markus Ehning. After four successful weeks of competition at the Arezzo Equestrian Centre in the beautiful Toscana Evelyn almost made it all the way. With Locando she earned a gold medal with the Swedish Team at the Nordic Championships, Finland and a well earned individual bronze medal! Evelyn was once again selected as first reserve for the Junior European Championships in Auvers, France, this time with Locando. During 2007 Oxsona showed great performances during the whole year, among all her great results she earned an impressive 3^rd place at the CSI Finn Derby in Ypäjä, Finland and a Grand Prix victory at the CSI Tallinn! The young horses Chopin and Qruella have showed great qualities during shows around Europe during the year. Evelyn made an impressive start for the future carrier by riding Locando in 150cm in the end of 2007.
Evelyn also became an ambassador for Just World International in 2007, to help raise money for children all over the world!

Evelyn attends a high school for elite athletes, which allows her to focus on riding and training. Except her passion for the horses she is a collector of Swarovski crystals and displays them on a variety of items including her riding helmets, camera, ipod and cell phone.
